Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged merchandise; record keeping incl. payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts; loss prevention.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect company assets and store cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; ensure staff compliance.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
