Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and train staff.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and support loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; support compliance.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; foster a respectful environment.
