Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and staff supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain stockroom and sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain displays and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and ensure effective display of products.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
