Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Help train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
