Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain promotional displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas to company standards.
• Protect company assets including store cash.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines are followed.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of store including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
