Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform active store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Support merchandise organization, stockroom transfers, and seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets.
• Assist in training and developing Store Associates and supervise when needed.
