Responsibilities

Provide positive customer service by treating customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner to maximize satisfaction and sales.
Adhere to assigned work schedule to provide predictability in workload.
Follow all company policies to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.
Unload trucks, process freight, stock counters, and perform tasks to maintain the sales floor where needed.
Review daily staffing and evaluate recovery needs.
Conduct recovery blitzes at peak times to maintain appearance and stock levels.
Monitor fitting room, selling floor, and sizing recovery to ensure readiness.
Communicate cleanliness expectations and verify completion prior to sign-off.
Provide support to store management as requested.
