SMCP’s Sandro-Paris at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-level client experience and coach the team to excellence. You’ll drive personal sales, develop staff skills in wardrobing and clienteling, and ensure smooth operations on and off the floor.

You will support the Store Manager, maintain visual standards, and resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented mindset. Flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
