Qualifications

• 2+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to build a high-performing team that lives the J.Jill values.
• Lead hiring, training, and development to meet store goals.
• Analyze sales trends and set targets to drive store performance.
• Maintain product knowledge to offer personalized styling advice.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, floor sets, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate across levels to communicate store needs and opportunities.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store success with proactive problem solving.
• Adapt messaging for diverse audiences across channels.
