Job summary

Sunrise Enterprises Inc. in Reedsport, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day operations at the Shop & Save store.

You will supervise staff, DSPs, volunteers, and trainees, ensuring policy compliance, customer service, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• At least 1 year of mid-level supervisory retail experience.
• Must be able to relate to persons with disabilities with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Assist manager with compliance of Sunrise Policy and Procedures.
• Supervise all staff and trainees in performing daily operations of store.
• Function as store manager in manager’s absence.
• Submit time sheets and other required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
