Job summary

Sunrise Enterprises is seeking a Lead DSP for Day Support Activities to supervise in the absence of the supervisor and mentor other DSPs. You will help train and motivate participants to meet daily goals and ensure safety and quality standards.

Based in Roseburg, Oregon, this role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at a pay rate of $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to support adults with disabilities in community-based activities and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP in absence of supervisor; mentor DSP staff.
• Assist in training, supervision, and motivation of participants.
• Maintain safety and implement quality standards for activities.
