Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years as Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership.
• 3–5 years in overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals, customer experience standards, and operational expectations.
