You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection, while modeling inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to drive results through store teams and profitability.
Proven coaching, motivation, and team-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
In the Store Manager's absence, assume full store responsibility and leadership.
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
