Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume full store responsibility and maintain brand standards.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and stockroom practices.
