You will lead talent development, set performance expectations, manage operations, and ensure store standards while delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining company values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication, open to feedback, and adaptable.
• Ability to provide coaching to associates in the moment.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to address customer experiences, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and ensure execution of operations.
• Implement floorset directions to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receiving shipments.
• Set the daily direction for the team and ensure payroll targets are met with proper staffing.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
