Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas. You will lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage in-store programs, and adherence to brand standards and policies. The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and operational excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-ups.
• Enforce discipline using verbal and written warnings when needed.
• Create a respectful, inclusive environment and uphold brand standards.
• Manage scheduling and staffing, including peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
