Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bloomington, MN to support the Shop Manager in all aspects of store operations and to lead by example on a daily basis. You will help deliver a unique customer experience, promote the brand values, and drive sales while coaching and developing the team.

You will embody Lush's Leadership Practices, manage daily tasks, and ensure strong performance in customer service, inventory, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
