Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset and ownership.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Take ownership of store execution and leverage retail technology to enhance service.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, assisting hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Coach teammates in real time and address performance gaps.
• Jump in wherever needed to support store priorities.
