Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Burlington, MA to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, driving excellent customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and leadership training required or certifications completed.
• Experience as assistant manager or equivalent leadership role preferred.
• RSS Certification is a plus and demonstrates service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and drive key programs.
• Assist in staffing, coaching, and goal-setting for team members.
• Support recruitment tasks and participate in interviews with management.
• Ensure orders, transfers, and returns are processed accurately and timely.
