Sephora USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as the heartbeat of the store, guiding the team, elevating client experiences, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, lead and develop staff, and champion Sephora’s standards.

The role requires on-site work at the Indianapolis location, with availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
