Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store in Augusta. You will inspire the team to deliver an engaging shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

You will coach associates, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for fashion and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communication abilities and guest service mindset.
• Proficiency with math and basic computer skills (POS, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store to achieve KPIs and profitability.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Associates and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, safety standards and store visual directives.
• Oversee store operations, stock, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Act as floor supervisor during peak and non-peak periods, and cover shifts as needed.
