You will help supervise daily operations, ensure visual merchandising, handle customer concerns, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in math with solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused store experience and drive sales.
• Support Store Manager in executing KPIs and store policies.
• Supervise floor operations during peak and non-peak times.
• Provide feedback to team and recognize exceptional performance.
• Ensure visual standards and housekeeping are maintained.
