Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Banter by Piercing Pagoda to help drive sales and deliver a superior customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in achieving daily standards, coaching team members, and executing company policies.

You will lead by example, help recruit staff, and participate in training to grow talent, while ensuring operational excellence across shifts and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and standards.
