Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, profit targets, and an exceptional customer experience. You will help lead a team, ensure operational standards, and deliver polished product knowledge through training.

You will also participate in recruitment, scheduling, and policy compliance while maintaining the high-touch service Signet is known for across Banter by Piercing Pagoda locations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
