Signet Jewelers’ Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to positively impact customers' experiences and drive sales. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach team members, and ensure policies are followed to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team development through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members and adherence to company policies.
• Follow daily operations and strategic duties as directed.
