Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Banter by Piercing Pagoda to drive daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while mentoring a dynamic team and maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and promoting from within, with a focus on integrity, diversity, and outstanding service across our jewelry brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily standards and achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team members’ skills through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as needed.
