You’ll help ensure a smooth store operation, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain store standards with a proactive mindset.

You will manage daily activities, lead on the floor, and contribute to achieving store goals, while embracing Foot Locker’s culture of sneaker culture, style, and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering energy, confidence, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to provide exceptional service, share product knowledge, and drive excitement to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and coverage.
• Maintain store standards and safety procedures to protect customers and staff.
• Utilize retail technology to enhance the customer experience and store efficiency.
