FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Baytown, TX to lead a team, coach employees, and drive store performance.

This role supports daily operations, develops team members, delivers outstanding customer service, and helps achieve profitability across merchandise categories.

Compensation includes $13.00-$16.50 per hour plus unlimited commission and store performance bonuses, with typical hours 9am–6pm and benefits after day two.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
