Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead and develop store associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store areas and displays per company standards.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Protect company assets and adhere to safety policies.
• Supervise and develop store associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
