Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Moultrie, GA to support customers’ financial needs and lead store operations. You will drive sales through service, risk management, and staff coaching in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service, and at least 3 months of supervisory experience. You’ll work a full-time schedule, including weekends, with opportunities for advancement within the brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales or retail.
• At least 3 months supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama) with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services to fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system; support staff as needed.
• Conduct store audits, prepare reports, and help ensure compliance with policies and laws.
