The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven PacSun store in Sterling, VA. You will motivate the team, uphold policy, and ensure we deliver an engaging customer experience in every interaction.

You’ll supervise operations, coach Sales Associates, maintain visual standards, and drive store efficiency. This part-time role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for fashion and trends that reflects the PacSun brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused leadership to deliver engaging experiences.
• Coach and mentor Sales Associates and maintain store standards.
• Ensure policies, safety programs, and operational tasks are followed.
• Support and execute visual directives to maintain brand standards.
