Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sterling, VA location to help lead a customer-focused, sales-driven team. You will coach associates, drive store KPIs, and ensure policy compliance while delivering an engaging shopping experience.

As part of Pacsun's community, you will motivate staff, balance operations with guest service, and model our core values in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a part-time role requiring weekend and peak-period availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and motivate associates.
• Experience in retail or store operations is a plus.
