Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store in Fairfax, VA. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a positive, engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, coaching staff, managing inventory presentation, and supporting visual directives. The role demands flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak seasons.

• Lead a customer-focused, top-line sales driven store operation
• Motivate and coach team members; ensure policies & procedures are followed
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization; drive store efficiency
• Provide direction to associates on company directives and standards
• Manage daily tasks, scheduling, and floor supervision during non-peak periods
• Handle customer situations per policy and escalate when needed
• Contribute feedback to leadership to improve customer experience
• Ensure safety and cleanliness to maximize shopper experience
• Respond to peak times with flexibility for weekends/nights/holidays
