Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and communicate with customers; assist as needed and follow Store Manager instructions.
• Manage daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Conduct or assist with timely and constructive performance evaluations upon request.
• Support Store Manager in disciplinary actions in line with policies.
• Close the store 3 nights per week.
• Attend Assistant Store Manager meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders.
