Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficient with technology, MS Office, and video conferencing.
• Experience operating POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop the sales team.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store team members.
• Lead store operations to meet sales, service, and branding standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy and proper staffing for initiatives.
• Drive customer experience and achieve high Net Promoter Score.
