Job summary

ASICS America Corporation seeks an Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager) in Cincinnati to support daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team. The position reports to the Head Coach and requires a minimum of 2+ years in retail management with a preference for luxury, sporting goods, or athletic industry experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience in luxury, sporting goods, or athletic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach with day-to-day store operations including sales and customer service.
• Recruiting and training of staff and coaching to maintain high store standards.
• Supervise store employees in the absence of the Head Coach and enforce company policies.
• Monitor sales targets and ensure targets are met or adjusted as needed.
• Process payments and assist stock procedures when required.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness throughout the shift.
