Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor activities and assign breaks; ensure product presentation is ready for next day.
• Coach team members on sales strategy and customer service to uphold exceptional experience.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions and guide product selection.
• Ensure sales targets are met by monitoring hourly results and adjusting as needed.
• Process payments for customers using POS system accurately.
• Assist Stock Associate in receiving and inspecting merchandise.
