Job summary

ASICS America Corporation is seeking an Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager) for the Jersey Shore area. The role entails supporting the Head Coach with daily store operations, sales, customer service, recruiting and training, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or athletic goods, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience in luxury, sporting goods or athletic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach with day-to-day store operations including sales, customer service, recruiting and training, coaching and maintaining store standards.
• Supervise store employees in the Head Coach's absence and enforce company policies.
• Monitor sales performance, ensure visual merchandising, and drive customer experience and sales strategy.
