Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Colorado Springs area to collaborate with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead partners on the sales floor, coach for performance, and ensure merchandising and store operations meet goals.

You will participate in hiring, scheduling, and training, while supporting local community events and loyalty programs. This role offers growth opportunities in a growing company.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition of excellence on the sales floor.
• Develop and train team members to meet career goals within the company.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
• Plan and execute volume-driving events involving the local community/market.
• Coach associates in building customer engagement through Loyalty Programs.
