Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Willing and able to work in a retail environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Develop and coach store employees to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit and retain top talent through structured sourcing.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Oversee asset protection, inventory control, and loan management processes.
• Ensure store procedures are followed for merchandising and reporting.
• Analyze store financials and drive profitability with team goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and customer-centric service.
• Serve as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
