FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team across diverse merchandise categories. You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, coach staff, and drive customer service excellence and profitability.

You will gain leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for commission and bonuses tied to store performance. Applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
