7 Leaves Café is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example on the floor, maintain product quality and service standards, and cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience; retail or food service preferred.
• Prior leadership or key-holder experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations within the district or county.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Manage staff schedules to meet labor goals and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team.
• Support cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Drive store performance and implement marketing initiatives.
