Job summary

7 Leaves Café is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, develop team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes leadership on the floor, maintaining product quality and service standards, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture at onsite locations in Phoenix, AZ. Hourly pay starts at $17.50 with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, retail or food service preferred.
• Prior leadership or key-holder experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
• Provide mentorship and ongoing feedback to staff during shifts.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support store operations, compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor daily sales and labor, and support inventory management.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance evaluations.
