Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of shift leads and sales associates daily.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain merchandising and store appearance to brand standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages and returns.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of staff.
• Schedule staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to minimize shrink.
• Handle cash and ensure a safe, compliant environment.
