You will lead front-line teams, coordinate daily operations, manage inventory, and uphold service standards while driving growth across 34 locations. Eligible candidates have 1+ year in retail or hospitality management, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable, punctual approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or hospitality management (automotive a plus)
• Valid Driver's License & Age 18+
• Fluent in English
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Open/close the store and manage daily operations
• Oversee inventory, cash control, and deposits
• Support the General Manager in maintaining service standards
