You will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, and motivation, while coordinating with technicians and staff to meet daily objectives. A valid driver's license is required; prior supervisory experience is preferred and training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is desirable, and training is available.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to meet objectives and guest service goals.
• Perform functions of other store team members (Lube Techs, Mechanics) as needed due to business needs or absences.
• Help ensure store financial performance and maintain an energetic, positive work environment.
