America’s Tire in Exton, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and mentor a team, deliver safe, high-quality service, and drive store performance. You’ll coach 4–5 tire technicians, manage inventory, and ensure an inviting, efficient customer experience while upholding safety and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some management experience and/or college coursework helpful.
• Ability to excel in a team environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience in sales and service.
• Empower customers with product knowledge.
• Inventory management.
• Installation and maintenance of tires/wheels, rotations, balancing and repairs.
• Training and guidance for Tire Service Technicians.
• Leading a team of 4-5 technicians in an indoor/outdoor service environment.
• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Managing: Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delighting customers: Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
