RNR Tire Express is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations and drive sales. This role emphasizes customer service, inventory control, and a safe, efficient work environment in a fast-paced tire retail setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to coach a team and achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire industry is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Focus on sales goals while meeting company targets.
• Create insurance claims as needed.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Maintain inventories to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Help enforce programs, policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
