Signet Jewelers’ Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, uphold customer satisfaction, and develop team skills through training and evaluation. The role also covers recruiting and selection of team members and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends
