Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail or grocer environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
• Customer service orientation and organizational skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organization and placement of merchandise on sales floor and stockroom.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and record keeping.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness of store including bathrooms and floors; manage trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
